Bird is the Word "Future"

Hi everyone,

Have you all had your fill of Easter goodies yet?  I put in a special request to the Easter bunny this year for a Peanut Brittle egg and was not disappointed!!  Yum! Every bit of it!! Luckily for me I've scrapped most of the calories off :)

The thing I love about Bird is the Word is the opportunity to use words in my layouts I never would, and this weeks word was one of those opportunities.  The challenge word is "Future" and initially all I could think of was "Back to the Future"!!  I sat on it for a bit then came up with this....

Close ups first, this one is to show off this divine chip painted with Ranger Distress crackle paint then glimmer misted... I'm going to be collecting all of these paints over the next little bit!!

Ribbon is Martha Stewart which I picked up at Spotlight out of the bargain bin... a bottle of glitter and huge roll of ribbon for $2.00 - I know!!

The large flowers are Resin from the wonderful Handmade Halo.

and the full layout...

**Sigh** I just love pretty things...

Be sure to check out the other design teams creations, all amazing as always here.

Hope you get a chance to play along.
Gwen
